Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Manage and streamline sales workflows using CRM software systems.
- Co-ordinate effectively between clients, sales reps, and internal operational teams.
- Maintain customer records, generate sales reports, and track lead pipelines.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales coordination and customer management.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in office software.
