CRM Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 15, 2026. This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Armor Fire CRM System.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Armor Fire Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your business and personal data. This policy explains how our CRM system collects, stores, and processes information.

By using the Armor Fire CRM, you consent to the practices described in this document. We prioritize transparency and ensure your data is handled strictly for business optimization and relationship management.

2. Data We Collect

To provide you with seamless service, our CRM collects specific types of information:

  • Account Information: Names, job titles, business email addresses, and contact numbers.
  • Company Data: Business names, addresses, tax identification numbers, and order histories.
  • Interaction Data: Logs of communications, support tickets, and service inquiries.
  • System Data: IP addresses, browser types, and login timestamps to ensure security.
  • Location Data: Precise geographical location data collected from your mobile device while using the app (foreground) and when required for operational workflows (background), such as logging visit start and end locations.

3. How We Use Your Data & Location Information

The information collected within our CRM is utilized solely for authorized business operations, including:

  • Managing your account and processing orders efficiently.
  • Providing timely customer support and resolving inquiries.
  • Improving our products, services, and CRM platform features.
  • Sending important administrative notices, updates, and relevant marketing communications.
  • Location Tracking: Tracking and verifying field operations, specifically recording check-ins, check-outs, and precise timestamps for visit starts and ends to optimize field staff routing, accountability, and operational efficiency.

4. Location Data Permissions & Control

  • Foreground & Background Access: Our mobile application may collect your location data in both the foreground (when the app is actively open and in use) and the background (when the app is running minimized or closed) strictly to support core business processes like automated visit tracking.
  • User Consent & Opt-Out: You will be prompted to grant location permissions through your mobile device's operating system settings. You can manage, restrict, or revoke location access at any time via your device settings; however, disabling location tracking may impact your ability to utilize certain location-dependent features (such as automated visit logging) within the CRM app.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Armor Fire respects your privacy. We do not sell your personal, business, or location data to third parties. We may only share data under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our CRM and mapping infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, map API services), strictly under confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your CRM and location data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. This includes SSL encryption, secure server hosting, regular security audits, and strict access controls for our employees.

7. Your Privacy Rights

As a user of the Armor Fire CRM, you retain the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data (including location logs) we hold about you.
